Hi Brent, looks like I'm going to need some contacts as well. Thank you!

I am really angry at this bank right now, but will spare you all the sob story.  I could use some escalation contacts for this bank as well.  :(

Could I also please get these numbers...this has been by far the worst bank I have dealt with. Thanks!!

I'm stuck in a loop of updating documents. By the time they review the borrowers' financials they are out of date so they ask for updated documents. It has been 4 months and the file still hasn't been assigned to anyone. It's always "under review". Can I please get some escalation contacts?

Unless you're trying to do a HAFA SS or the property is under Contract I wouldn't bother submitting any documents.

I have a listing in Southern California with Flagstar Bank and it has been a nightmare. Over seven months of sending them paper work after paperwork for them to say the file is under review and then to deny the short sale. They can't even tell me why they denied it. One customer service rep tells me it is denied because they will not postpone the foreclosure date, another because they were missing one paper (that we already sent), another because the sellers have not made a payment in two years. My sellers did make six months worth of payments on their "trial modification" shortly before I took the listing. We had three very good offers and the bank refused to even see them. (we faxed them several times to them) And finally the supervisor told me that the "short sale department" DOES NOT TAKE INCOMING CALLS!!!! This bank is a nightmare to work with. Now they will not allow the short sale and my clients (senior citizens) are going to be foreclosed on. I have a buyer interested in the property since last August (2011) and the bank supervisor told me to tell the buyer to go buy the property at auction!!!!

I can tell you dont give up. I was given the same type of treatment which fueled my fire as they were trying to tell me that my client qualified for a modification and she rejected it which was bull and I knew it. After reviewing the financials I knew there was no way she could have afforded it and that the RMA that was completed by HUD counselor was wrong. Long story short, sheriff sale date was 3/2012 and now we are closing on a PFS 5/2012 with a whole lot of apologizing. You will need to update financials and follow up weekly if not twice a week even if they tell you 30days. They closed my file every single week for some reason or another. I have had other agents tell me they will never do another deal with Flagstar because of how much of a nightmare they are to deal with but I welcome it!

Can someone send me a pm with escalation contacts?

Thanks!
