Day 90 on my listing will be in a couple of weeks. Everything was moving along nicely when suddenly everything came to a halt and the offer still has not been submitted for approval. I asked the asset manager if it was true about the 90-day wait and she said that rule only applied to Deed in Lieu and that she's trying to get the file submitted within the next few days to a week. Been waiting at least a month and she keeps telling me the same thing. Anyone else have experience with this?

Yep, that's their policy.
What type of loan is it? Is it a HAFA SS?
No, not a HAFA. Just got a call today from the asset manager that they are finally submitting the file to the mortgage insurance company today for the initial review and then after that it goes onto the investor -- this is about 10 days short of the 90 days. So who knows...? Maybe they factor in that the mortgage insurance company will take some time to review before submitting it to their investor...?
