Hafa and Wells
Has anyone had success with HAFA with Wells or are they as bad as Chase, B of A, etc.?

No experience with Wells HAFA but had 2 bad experiences with Wells. Lost the first one bc the negotiator wanted to counter even though the cash offer more than met the FHA PFS requirements. Was getting nowhere on the second one until I escalated to Ms. Huey. Then it was reassigned and we closed within 2 weeks.

Thank you. Wells used to be one of the best to deal with but no longer, unfortunately.
