conference call with Ocwen

After Waiting all day by the cell.

Received a call from Ocwe with a very bad reception.

almost 18 minutes later and the Negotiator has not re-call.

Are they aware this is what I do for a living and I am not on a paycheck.

This is overwhelming.

I have "scheduled" a conference call made thru the call center with my negotiator and the earliest date he had available was Dec. 2nd! I have to be by the phone from 4:30-4:45pm - it just seems crazy they do business like this! Hope I can get somewhere with him once I do get him on the line!
