Bank of Commerce - has anybody dealt with them?

They have a 2nd loan on one of my deals. Good news: They issued an approval letter after we sent the package to them. Bad News: They just randomly stuck in 50% of the proceeds to them. Quite sure the first will not allow this...Ha!

Just curious as to whether anyone dealt with them before and this was SOP for them or possibly some incredibly moronic mistake.

I am familiar with a local, relatively small bank here in Idaho by that name. Could it possibly be the same one?
