I did get help on another file by calling the number that I found on this site "Ron Ferris EVP of OCWEN 561.682.8560".. I am going to save that number and only use it when I have to. I think that will be on most of Ocwen file at one point or another.
Same here Wendy.. this is not going to work on a property for 44,500. Have you found a way around it?
drop your commish to 5% - see if that works. i think that's what they really want, but can't come out and say so because of HAFA & Fannie Mae guidelines for 6% commission.
no. I give more than 100% on my files, I won't cut my commission to enable Ocwen to break the rules. Ocwen is awful to work with they've always been awful to work with. Why would anyone take a smaller paycheck when the work is increased due to inept reps, poor structure, inconsistent policies...do I need to go on?
as to the file that I have that WAS Litton and was almost approved (just needed the written letter), we will await the hearing, the borrower will present that he, the borrower, has complied in each and every way...Ocwen has messed up. Good grief, we have such a paper trail!
What's with the un-defineable 8%? Since it is a Court hearing, the plaintiff has to present with a person of authority - maybe we can get an explanation as to that 8%...
Ocwen isn't even processing the HAFA file (a different listing)....
There must be somewhere for borrowers and Realtors to file complaints....
