When are we going to write a blanket letter to our congressman about BOA???!!!

I was speaking to another agent in my office and we are going to write to anyone who will listen about bank of america and their antics?

My closing attorney just said the same thing. I am tired of complaining about them on here it's getting us nowhere based upon all of your comments. We are preaching to the choir with mm results and he homeowner is the one who suffers.

Anyone have any letter suggestions? I am trying to get in touch with our local tv station to do an expose.

Not only does the homeowner suffer but the market with values declining even more but the Realtors and their families as well. We are going to be the next ones to lose everything including our homes if someone does not listen soon. Most of the loans we have issues with there are Fannie Mae who we all know we the tax payer bailed out!!!!  Hang in there!!! Hopefully my friend, Congressman Tim Scott will listen and help us get this under control by doing a congressional inquiry!!! I have already sent him information a couple of weeks ago. I have a BOA short sale with Fannie Mae that has been going on for 19 long agonizing months!!! We can only pray and hope that our congressman listen and actually hear us!!!  Thanks, Tracy Hatchell

I already have written my local Congressman about BOA. And I encourage any homeowner that is having trouble with BOA to write their Congressman about them.
