I have an offer accepted for a short sale (I'm represent buyer)....the sellers must move out of the state due to job transfer....my buyers are living in an RV...I am wondering out loud..what if the PROSPECTIVE buyers of this short sale sign as a Home Tender, without compensation OR paying rent? I was leary of their paying rent as I was concerned that the short sale 'armslength' could be compromised...perhaps this would work. The home would continue to be cared for..the sellers can move to the new job and my buyers would be out of the cramped RV lifestyle. I do think this is a strong short sale as the property is fairly priced and the BPO should come in as a valid value. Thoughts?
Pam, I wish you SUCCESS!!! You will get this deal done! Like I told you, they are not willing to accept less than 10% and so, if you can do that, and schedule a closing, guaranteeing that it will get done...........IT WILL!!!
