I am thankful for the skills I can provide to make things happen for my clients. On Sept 6th I had a property go to foreclosure sale. I did my part the lender was just too busy to fix the issue well today I received a call from FHA Earl who is working a few of my HUD flies. Earl informed me that the property will be rescinded from foreclosure. I am Thankful it went back to the bank therefore; it will make the process a bit easier to change everything back to the homeowner. Just want everyone to know you have options and can even receive money back if you short sale your home. Just make sure you work with an experienced short sale team that is in it to help homeowners and not just to make a fast buck.
Homeowner, this service should always be free if you’re paying an upfront fee you may want to check your options.
I never give up. My job is one of the most difficult jobs to deal with so many emotional confused homeowners and I go months without pay. However, I am will be rich in life for helping the people that really want help. Today I love my job, I can call a homeowner and tell them we are moving forward all is not lost as of yet.
