Our system includes methodology for successfully negotiating short sales with the homeowners' lenders when this is the option they chose. Our solutions are win-win-win: the homeowner avoids foreclosure and the resultant credit devastation; the lender avoids acquisition of a negative asset, the neighborhoods do not have another vacant foreclosure; and the Realtors are able to make a sale and be ensured their commissions.
