I have a transaction were wells fargo is thier the second , BOFA has given me an approval and are only willing to pay 3000.00 to the second , Wells fargo is now telling me that they wont accept anything on the second and that they will go after the client for the full amount. So know I am stuck ready to go with my first but Cant close of escrow becuase of the second . What can I do to save this deal , should I resubmit to try to get a new negotiator ?

Wells Fargo should Train BofA people. Wells is awesome when it comes to short sales. Just had a deal approved in 26 days (including weekends)!

I too am seeing that Wells Fargo has really been proactive in streamlining their process as I have a few short sales with them now and they're moving things right along. So nice to be a part of. Hopefully they're contagious! I can think of a few Lenders who I'd like to see catch what it is Wells Fargo has!

Kent- We had an intake person who called before we faxed it in. Perhaps they held the loan in-house. It was a lot... That is my suspicion....
