We have an offer with buyers agent is representing her son in purchasing a WF FHA SS. Will WF cut the buyers agent commission out & only pay 3%? Thanks for your input!

Oh yea! Arms length transactions rules apply. You can try disclosing on the real estate contract and see if it will go.

The arms length is with the Listing Agent representing Seller and Seller of SS. If the Agent representing Buyer is a licensed Agent they are entitled to compensation.
