USSA/GMAC Need Help

We are have one month left on redemption and need to get this short sale through. It has been 2 months and we are tight on time.  My buyer is a Cash buyer so we should be good once we get the approval    BPO is done and our negotiator asked for some documents on Oct 14th, which we gave her the same day.    Since then, nothing?  we have call her, emailed her,  call customer service and not a return fax, email or call back. 

Any ideas?
