Need Help with USAA Originated Mortgages Turned over to PHH Mortgage.

My sellers package turned over to PHH mortgage for servicing as a short sale. Seller told to submitt a short sale package, which we did with, cash offer to close quick. It is not 90 days. Been calling PHH mortgage weekly, for updates and status. Can only talk to Loss Mitigation dept. Need phone numbers for the short sale dept for either PHH mortgage or USAA.
