They take a while, just follow up every day until you get a processor and a BPO and you should get it done faster that way. They say they dont have a timeline based on my last file with them but that was last year. They do accept concessions and I havent tried to get a home warranty.

Sun Trust seems to take forever.  We are now over 6 months on an "Approved" Short sale with a new buyer.  They have changed the packages 3 times and it feels like started over at least three times during the 6 months.

Call daily

Escalate Often

Take many, many notes and refer to them in all communications.

Donna... can I ask you how your deal with them is going?  Are they proactive?  I am getting ready to submit one myself and wondered.  Thanks.

They do take forever.  The seller has accepted our offer in early Feb. 2012.  The papers got moved around on the reps. desk.  We asked to have it esculated and it was given to another rep, the BPO was done but we still can not get any updates.  They will not tell us anything.  What can I do?
