Re Assessing Value

We had an approval from SunTrust - where mitigation was waiting for homeowners bankruptcy to complete. The bankruptcy completed mitigation gave us the clear to close but not a new approval letter. Then we close and SunTrust won't approve HUD and wants a new package and a new BPO? Any suggestions?

It seems they would want it off their books before the end of the year?
