I need help to stop a Suntrust potential foreclosure

HI everyone,

I have a customer who is delinquent in their primary home due to the
wife having brain surgery and the husband's father having an illness
resulting in his death. Any suggestions?

Contact the bank and find out what you need to do to stop the auction.

Are they trying to do a loan mod? That should be the first thing you have the owners try.
