Hi Peter our company Lawyers Realty Group is attorney owned and operated. We only work with distressed property owners who require legal advice on deficiencies and tax issues. we don't charge for these services. We only get paid if we list properties for a short sale. Please call me with questions

Working here in Silicon Valley. San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy. I have handled 3 closed, 4 pending short sales this year, two buyers back in 2008 and my own short sale and foreclosure back in 2007. My team of two agents, coordinator and assistant are currently negotiating with Chase, BofA, US Bank and Wachovia. We have been able to keep our commisision at 6% and allow our buyers $15K in closing costs even when the appraisal came in 50K less. We were able to negotiate a cash setlement at closing of $2000 instead of the seller having to pay a $10K, 10-year promissory note. I love the smell of NAPOM in the morning...bring on the short sales.Let us know of your referral needs, we are more than happy to help you.

Good Morning,
Just gave away a listing to someone that I got from this website. If anyone has a listing for Los Angeles area I am here waiting for that listing. I would be glad to give a referral fee with it.
I have a couple of short sales pending this month ready to close. I have been doing short sales for the last 3 years. I have worked with all the top banks. I negotiate everything my self and have had a great sucess rate of closing all of them. I have been able to keep my commission at 6%. So far I have not had any of my clients sign any notes.
