After several phone calls, I reached a very helpful lady at 888-762-2265, that had me give her the loan number so she could see which division actually held the equity loan.  Their fax number is not answering either (888-887-4320)..so she transferred me to another very nice gentleman who gave me his private fax number and made me swear not to share!  I would suggest at the first sign of not getting the right fax number or answers..call the above 888 number for guidance!
