I have had really bad experiances with Ocwen. For many reasons I will not work with them again. Cutting commissions to four percent, forclosing during approval, nonresponse and out right lies to name a few of the reasons. I really hate that fact that as Realtors we are listing the property, getting offers then behind our backs Ocwen goes and offers a deed in lieu. Ocwen takes the property back and then lists for less than we would have given them with the short sale net. Go figure. Save yourself the headache, move on to another file.
