Been working with MetLife for almost a year now for one client. Have decided that I will continue to fax docs, including the shortsale package, but will also overnight hard copies to them. Was told less than a month ago the can no longer accept faxes over 25 pages so recommended I send several smaller faxes and also back it up with snail mail - which I did. Still not sure if they ever received the faxes (though the output says they did OK) but I know they got the USPS overnight that cost me $20.
