It sounds like many of us have the same thing in common with our MetLife short sales...they cannot keep track of documents!

I sent my initial package twice, just because I had heard how bad they are about "not gettting" docs.  (I find that difficult to believe.)  My first 3 calls to them they kept saying I did not have a LOA on file.  (Yes I do!  I'll hold while you keep looking!)  and then it magically appeared.  And twice I was told that everything was complete, nothing missing

Then I requested a BPO.  They said it would be ordered and to call back in a week if no one had contacted the sellers for an appt.  A week later, and they said it hadn't been ordered because there were docs missing, only the first page of the seller's rental house documents were on file.  Of course they weren't missing, they were right there in both packages!  The fax page count on the confirmation slip matched the number of pages I sent both times.  So I picked the "missing" pages out of the original package and re-sent them.  I'll see if they made it over on Monday.

I have a feeling that every time you request an action, an item goes missing.  I think the MetLife SS dept. is a disaster and I can't believe a business is run this way.  If I ran my business this way, I would have no clients!

PS; for those fun 72-minute wait times on hold to them, I have learned to just go about my day.  On Friday, I cleaned my kitchen, changed into workout clothes, drove to the club, and got a mile into a run on the treadmill when I was finally blessed with their attention.

I hear their hold music in my sleep (nightmares). Dealing with Metlife makes me get all shanky.
