I say: refuse to cut the commission. "no". 

There is some great comments and strategies on this (despicable) trend, on this site. Do a search and read up on it.

Yes, tell them the commission is 6%.  Non-Negotiable.

1. You did not hire Default Servicing.

2. Take out the loan.

3. Or make a bad loan.

4. You're not in the Business of Subsidizing their losses.

Tell them you do not like Default Servicing and you want to work with Seterus directly.  They will transfer the file back to work it internally.  It worked for me!

Justin - who helped you on this? I am up against a wall with these people - one day they want to help the next someone has no clue what I am talking about! Any guidance would be appreciated.
