I need to get in touch with Seterus. I have a buyer who's interested in a vacant property and they hold the mortgage, as I understand. The owners moved on and are not available for contact and the property is going to trustee sale in May. It's never been listed in the MLS. Does anyone have any suggestions or a number I where I can reach them. I don't have the loan number as I have the buyer's interested in buying. Which above number would I use??? Hope you can help!
