Is Seterus working on Short Sales?? No response is driving me NUTS!!

Fannie Mae sold the loan to Seterus from SunTrust at end of November ... for the full month of December, we tried to get everything set up through Seterus ... still NOTHING! And its January 20, 2012!! I call customer service every week ... this week, they told me there has been NO RESPONSE from either me or borrower since December 5 and 6th!!

I am baffled ... they have everything ... twice!!

Also, did there whole system change?? I loved the old way with the secured emails ... loved the negotiators ... have not had a Seterus short sale since 2010 ... any help would be GREAT!! If you email me, please send to [email protected]
