Just listed one, going in MLS on Monday

HSBC is the 2nd, I have not had good success with HSBC on a first. Home went to foreclosure, We had an offer on a short sale LAST August. They turned down 2 350K offers, and wouldn't budge off of 370K.

Now 11 months later the foreclosure closed at 350K.

Not much discussion here so just looking for a few updates on the discussion board.

and I suppose they thought the 350K was too low for it as a Short!!
