How much does HSBC pay to the 2nd lien holders since they don't participate in HAFA?

Greentree is easier to deal with if the loan is HAFA approved... HSBC doesn't participate in HAFA so I am trying to see the most anyone has been able to get HSBC to pay to a 2nd lien holder as I highly doubt Greentree will release for 3K.
