I am just starting a short sale with HFC. They refused to do a loan mod for my client and suggested a short sale. They only asked for sales contract, HUD, list agreement, last 2 pay-bank-W2. They said they would order the BPO immediately. Are they really this easy?

Yes, it is. They are THE BEST to work with - lucky you! I wish all lenders worked like they do.

I have to agree with Karyl. It is just as easy as it sounds. They are incredibly proactive and responsive.
