1-909-397-3190 ~ HSBC/Beneficial REO Department - Use it for General Information, you're also able to find the state specific REO agent through this list.

I am set to close on 12/7 on a BofA 1st and Greentree 2nd. Both approved. On a final title report last night a HFC Beneficial for 17k reared its head. Anyone have any advice with Beneficial? Escalation contact? Thanks for your help!!!

Any recommendations for handling HFC as the 2nd?

Does anyone have information on how to escalate with HFC?  My offer was transferred from the doc collector to the closer over two weeks ago.  Her vm is full and wont accept messages.  The customer service rep says that I will have to wait about 30 days before she will even get to the file.  They are the 2nd and I am expecting the first to proceed with their notice sale.  Any new info would be appreciated.

I have an HAFA short sale with BoA as 1st and HFC 2nd. HFC wants $11,000,but BOA investor will only allow $6000. Any one deal with this with HFC before?
