Dual Agency Commission

Does anyone have a current short sale with GMAC where Dual Agency exits? If so, are they still reducing the commission?

I've closed several GMAC files and they have never asked for a reduction in comission.

I am a Dual Agent and I am to close on my GMAC short sale on Tuesday and my commission was not reduced.
