I was slammed today and couldn't get back to you in a timely fashion.  I am talking to Amy's brother today/tonight.  I do not at all want you to think I'm hanging you out to dry...We spoke extensively about you/Amy and the situation with the other realtor when we had dinner, and then today again...He does NOT have confidence in this other realtor at all...Nothing personal but she's really not been a good business person for Amy and her mom.  He feels that she has not represented his sister or his mother's best interest ever...However, she (the realtor) really talks a good talk and it is super hard for them to resist her gift of gab but she really lays it on super thick.  So...keep trying what you're doing...and i will get back to you with an update as soon as Hadi and I figure out what to do! It's hard because she was so nervous about doing a short sale anyway and then when someone puts a bunch of doubts in your head that makes it so much harder!

Thanks for your comment on my wall regarding Flagstar.  If I had read the page before accepting the short sale, I would have turned it down, but unfortunately now we have an offer.  It looks like I will be contacting Fannie Mae quite a bit.  :-|

Help with Flagstar? We are in the black hole circle I fear, I call 3x's a week and get the same old spill. Can you give me any help of who to contact? How do I find out who the investor is (not Fannie or Freddie)?
