Wow! It all sounds good, official even. This is not anything new on the political front. I would like to see the government actually stop threatening and “DO SOMETHING".

Lamanda - We'll watch to see if anything develops. One thing is for sure, I do not find the lenders getting any more efficient. Just slower.

Hi Wendy, I believe that the lenders are getting slower. If they would just stream line the whole process then the home sales would increase by leaps and bounds. As professional realtors we know what "WE" are doing.
If they gave us uniformed guidelines then we would give it to them on silver platter, polished and all.

Wendy, this is helpful information that we can use to remind the negotiators of the need to provide customer service at a consistent level. Thanks for posting! Now if he will write one for short sales. I am going to contact him about that.

Sharon - I wish that was specifically stated, too. BUT if the lenders increase their efficiency with loan mods, one would think that would carry over to short sales!
