Does anyone have any experience with a First Franklin investment property short sale? I have an offer and am gathering up the information requested.
It seems like the very extensive information they ask for from the seller is aimed at an owner occupant rather than an investor.
Is there any way to customize this application to make a better fit? How reasonable are the negotiators?

Hi,
First Franklin is no more. I believe they are now BofA. Before you spend too much time gathering unnecessary information, call the lender and verify.

Excellent advice, Bobbie. I did some checking: the number I had was answered by someone who said "First Franklin" and proceeded to give me a list of requirements.
The answerer must have been getting a lot of these calls and decided to jack me around. You are correct, it is BofA now.
