Loan Services of America services First Franklin & Nationpoint loans.
I was assigned an incredibly polite and helpful negotiator. We duked it out in our first conversation very professionally and courteously.
In on morning, she negotiated and told me I would need to re-submit the HUD reflecting $3900 to them to release the 2nd lien & that she would send it to me immediately so I could get started on the 1st lien. Sooooo smoothe!!! THEN, when I received the documents (2 hours after our conversation)
The amount was 6600....not 3900. I have since tried to reach her daily to figure out why she upped the dollar amt. but I only get voice mail.

HELP!!!!

Make sure you have your sellers sign their tax returns when submitted.

My short sale package was sent in about two weeks ago. Our negotiator was assigned and his email is @bankofamerica.com. I had no idea, but this was right there on Google as a subprime arm of B of A. Wonder why they don't use Equator?

I just got an acceptance from these guys, but it is for lien release only. We need a full release. Has anyone had success getting a full release?

Also, forgot to add...the customer service rep advised me that 3rd party authorizations are good for 120 days only!!

They called me today to confirm that the third party authorization was received and to inform me that the short sale dept. phone # is 800-622-5035. How refreshing!
