Fannie May allowable seller concessions to buyer?

Can some on confirm what Fannie Mae will allow the seller to contribute to buyer's closings cost when buyer is purchasing a short sale?

The last Fannie Mae servicer I worked with would only allow 3% from the seller's proceeds to buyer for closings cost.

I have never asked or received more than 3%, you can call them and ask:)
