Fannie Mae valuation ONLY $130k over Fair Market Value.

Add another home to the list. This ones a grand slam home run for Fannie at $130k over market value. Went through the Fannie Mae escalation process with a 30 page BPO/Dispute and they confirmed they like their number better. I guess I have no choice but to list the home at an outrageous price ..
