I have 2 experiences to share: the first is a listing, where after completing a value dispute, Fannie has notified me that they are pulling the file from the Servicer (Seterus) and bringing the file in-house to be dealt with by their "short sale team". The second experience is as a Buyer Agent, where the Listing Agent initiated a value dispute and has now been informed that Fannie has decided on a value and is pullling the file in-house from Green Tree Servicing.
Anybody else have any experiences -- and even better -- any results from these actions??
I have no clue how to guide either my Seller or Buyer clients.
