Sale Date Monday - faxed offer today - is there anyone I can call to escalate??

Hello, today I faxed in a package with a cash offer on a Homeward file. Sale date is Monday 10-22-12. Does anyone have someone I can contact to escalate to to and stop the sale? I am stuck with C/S telling us it will be 48 hours before they acknowledge the package. It's a really solid offer in this market, and I doubt they would get a better offer through FC.  Thanks in advance!

Not that it would have made a guaranteed difference, but you could have emailed the package.
