HomeWard negotiator says their MI Company (don't know which one) refused to participate in the Short Sale - they consider the sellers are strategically defaulting (not true, they must move about 75 miles away to take care of ailing parents).  Darn near impossible to do in SF Bay Area Traffic.

Further says that since MI would reject any claims from Homeward to make up the deficiency via the insurance, that HomeWard also declines the short sale.  They removed it from Equator.

Any suggestions????
