Jeff,
From reading this I understand that your seller wasn't delinquent - question - Not 30 days or 60 days. I have had FHA and required to be 30 days pass. I have a VA seller being told by servicer she needs to be 60 days late. Thanks in advance! This is also not HAP eligible and a military forced transfer.
