so I have a question:  I am having a very difficult time with obtaining updates from Titanium also sending in required documents.  I spoke to some moron today and they told me to either fax over the docs at 6am est or at 9pm est.  I  think they have bit off way more than they can handle, when i was told that I had to go thru Titanium I thought that will be fast since I am already an HRC I thought this will go fast. Yeah not so much its been over 2 months with Titanium alone, when i first sent over all my docs One associate gave me his email I thought that was good too,and told me that from start to finish 60 days!! I find out that, that associate was transferred never uploaded any of my docs, So i call for an update to find out that nothing was done. so I spoke to another associate and emailed all the docs over to his email atleast he was kind enough to upload the docs, but when I asked him to upload one more thing he said that he could get fired or reprimanded call the corporate office, which honestly is a joke.

Does anyone have a fax number or email to someone that can help me? I intend on calling and or trying to get in contact with Patrick Carey, I  wonder if he realizes what a mess their short sale department is?

I think Titanium is trying to deal with all the files and  work thru all these short sales, but they should atleast have a working fax number or even a general email address, to get these documents, they are holding up sales, which isn't fair to either party of this sale.

I have 2 files with Titanium and haven't received any phone calls or responses when I call for updates.

I know someone mentioned Equator and they have it together, 60 days from start to finish all online very simple to use, I wish I could transfer these 2 with Titanium over to Equator I would be almost ready to close.

Please help if you can.
