Has anyone turned sent a short sale to Titanium with Flagstar as the lender?

It's been a couple months since I received anything from them as well.  I know in my area we recently got a new Field Manager I think they are making some changes.  I'm looking into a couple new companies for REO listings.  When I first started with Titanium I stayed pretty busy the first few months but it has slowed down tremendously.

WHO can bring some lights for FANIE MAE REHUB LOANS. REO res  1 FAM property. Previose owner ruin it before  he left.To make it leavable - home need some alteration(30K) for buyer to begin  new life. So, rehab loan will be higher rate or harder to get or what the stories, do you have experience w that. I know, that  FANNIE MAE before has Homepath program, wich help homeowner  with such issue. What now?

I did a while back so they maybe more efficient now. As with all short sales you have to follow the checker very closely.

Has anyone used Titanium Solutions to negotiate short sales, and if you did, was it a satisfying experience?

Glad you had good luck with them. They completely messed up a deal for me and allowed it to go to foreclosure even though they said they had it postponed. And wouldn't you know it, at foreclosure it ended up getting quite a bit less than own contract. Titanium kept saying it was with the MI company. After it foreclosed, I did a lot of checking around and ended up talking with the MI company. They showed no record of the file ever being submitted to them. I was steaming - and still am any time I hear the name Titanium. Hope I never have to deal with them again!

Does Titanum do both equator and non-equator short sales?
