Basically, I don't believe anyone can know 100% where the housing market will progress for the next few years. However, based off certain trends with supply and demand, interest rates, unemployment/underemployment, slowed down foreclosure entrance to the market and other factors, I believe we could possibly see another dip in the latter half of this year or the beginning of next year. Meaning, distressed homeowners should take advantage of the artificial home price increase & demand and sell their home before our market regress's again.
What do you think about this? Too much speculation?
Would love your thoughts!
Thanks
