WAMU Short Sale changes the final HUD day of Funding!! Anyone ever had this happen?

WAMU changes the final HUD day of Funding!! Anyone ever had this happen? Came back saying they won't pay title fees??

    Wamu is not the only one doing things like this these days. Wells Fargo wants to see the HUD prior to closing so they can review the it, and I have not had one come back that was the same way as the rep approved it.BofA doing the same thing now wants to see the final HUD before you close and they make changes also. Was not like that in the past but now it is I have really had issues with Wells to the tune where I went back to the rep and asked for help but it does not fly.
    You are at the mercy of them right before closing. Thank goodness I have not had them come back and cut commissions.

    I have not seen this. What is on their approval letter? Congrats on getting it to work out:)

    It worked out, took a few days but it has funded and recorded!
    Another Successfull Short Sale closed!
