Show them pictures, and email through Equator to a manager letting them know they need to re-do BPO because of damage. Keep going up the chain of command until you get a response.
Wells is tough on "as in", even with vandalism. We just shared the $1,000 cost for the stolen pipes in the basement, a week before the closing, across all parties.
Who is the investor, Wells is just the servicing company?

There is no contact but the call center, I will be sending in pictures of vandalism to the Written Correspondence Dept. but no way of talking with anyone. Any contact information would be greatly appreciated.
Since the negotiator declined the short sale and removed it from Equator I will be obtaining another offer and starting the process over, I feel this is my only option. Any suggestions would be great!!!
