Triad Guaranty Insurance (MI)

I'm dealing now with Triad on a deal, they've denied our short sale. Despite financials that show an upside down position, they will not admit they see any hardship in her situation.

I'm wondering if anyone has worked with them, and if they ever approve short sales?
