Does anyone have a good way to elevate a file through select portfolio...There seems to be an overload going on here since they have acquired a ton of files from BOA...There is a relationship manager level and then the supervisors... Does anyone know a name and number above the supervisors level... Any Emails available for better communications ??
Thanks !!

Philip,
Processing short sales with SPS can be a pain. Either speak to floor managers/supervisors or escalate to their ombudsman office. You don't really come by SPS contacts with direct email availability unfortunately.

use the [email protected] I have numerous contacts in the ombudsman dept but cannot give them out here..
this is their "escalation" dept per se....
it works and they are wonderful
closed one of those B of A files that got sold to SPS
The only thing that stinks with SPS is if your buyer walks when you have APPROVAL on your short sale, and even if you submit a new buyer agreeing to the EXACT SAME PRICE TERMS and NET to SPS as the former buyer ..and all u really need is new approval letter with the NEW BUYER's name on it and a new closing date????
U will have to submit a whole new short sale package all over again, with all items current within 60 days of submission and with the offer from new buyer etc.... they expedited it and it took alittle over 30 days but got approval with new buyer
after that.... of course, they may come back trying to approve the NEW BUYER at a higher price....depends on your situation.....they tried that with me and it did not work, but that is because ours had foundation issues etc
which I told them DID NOT MAGICALLY repair itself after the 1st buyer walked...so how could it be worth MORE NOW??
They agreed....
I would definitely do a short sale with them again.... :::))
Inbox be, I have a name for you.
Most SIncerely,

I did not get anything.. can you resend ? Thank You !!!!!
