Provident finding

We are entering into the process for short selling a home that was refinanced under the HARP program. The one and only lender is Provident Funding. Does anyone have any experience with short sales and this lender?

Provident is awesome to work with...very quick and painless - at least in my experience. The fact they refinanced under HARP should have no bearing on your short sale.
