HUD Variance thru BOA

Has anyone been waiting on a variance from HUD?  BOA has dragged their feet and now I have been waiting 24 days for a ATP variance....

      I'd open up a complaint with HUD directly. I'd also escalate at BOA to have them to reach out to HUD to try to speed things up from their end.

Anything longer than a few days delay for a response it's on BOA, not HUD.
