Flagstar help

I am having a challenging time getting anywhere with Flagstar. Anyone have any advice, contacts or escalation tactics to help me?

Just when I thought I was getting somewhere with them they just informed me they closed my file because someone on there end inadvertantly coded my package as a short sale package before reviewing for retention. I am looking for escalation contact as we speak and also sent LOA to HUD NSC to try and get some help from them as this property is scheduled for sale next month.

My advice is to keep very good notes, and use techniques discussed on our site....
